Cha-cha-cha-cha-changing!

Right now I am babysitting my niece Sam, 2.5 years old, and she is riding on her horse-scooter and putting all of her toys in the basket. As you can see below I only lost .2 lbs this week but I'm not really worried because I feel great! I feel healthier, I don't get out of breath when I walk up stairs and I am slowly learning how to choose better foods. My weigh in is not a huge suprise because I had a couple of cheat days this week and I have been traveling. I hope to be better motivated to eat very healthy this week because I need to make up for my little slip this week. Love ya'll and greetings from California!

  1. u go girl! This is how I look at Weight. It is an indicator of your health. If you're within a healthy range, you're feeling good, helping to avoiding diabetes and heart disease, respecting the body God gave you, respecting the health of your future unborn children, having the physical, mental and emotional wherewithal to be a better daughter of God, future wife, future mother, sister, daughter and person for yourself.
If you meet the worldly standards of "attractiveness" it's "icing on the cake" (love to use those food metaphors because there's nothing wrong with a bit of icing or cake once in awhile). Love you!
